Our RWM and various office bearers being out of the country on holiday this evening, a business meeting was held and overseen by PM Mark Dunn who stood in for RWM Neil Daniel.

Various items were discussed including the lodges annual weekend away, the forth coming Annual Dance, the 1000 club membership renewal and various letters which had been received since the last meeting.

It was agreed that an email should be sent out to members reminding that the annual dance is being held at the Buchanness Hotel in Boddam on Saturday the 8th March, 6:30 for 7:00 pm. Tickets this year will cost £20.00 each and are available from the RWM or Lodge secretary, Bro. D Sheal.

As usual the lodge is running an annual raffle to assist with our fund raising efforts, this raffle will be drawn during the Dinner Dance and we trust you will be in a position to assist in the sale of your due proportion of the ticket allocation. All regular members have accepted an allocation of 25 £1.00 tickets. If you have not been fortunate enough to receive your allocation yet, please contact PM Bro. Gordon Mackay directly and he will provide with as many tickets as you require (01779 813000).

All the business being ended, the Lodge was duly closed at 8:20pm.
