Our last meeting of the 06 / 07 session was a business meeting during which a wide variety of matters were discussed including the very successful joint Lodge Dinner Dance on the 10th March. P.M. Bro. Ali Read from Lodge Dunndonnie was in attendance and gave a breakdown of the successful financial outcome of the evening which received  unanimous congratulations from the assembled brethren.
The brethren then discussed various ideas regarding next years dance before agreeing to book the same band and venue for the 2008 dance.

Discussions then followed regarding the advanced arrangements regarding our forthcoming Boxing Night on 6th October 2007. Bro. Robbie Brown surprised the brethren by announcing that all the 130 tickets had been either sold or reserved and that there was likely to be a reserve waiting list for the event!

The planned trip to Portmahomack in May was also discussed and all brethren who had committed to go were asked to make arrangements to pay the required fee sooner rather than later and all were reminded that payments could be be online on our website.

Bro. Mackay advised the brethren that 22 sets of the vintage postcards (also available on line, click here to see) had been purchased and he handed over the collected money to be put towards lodge funds.

R.W.M. Bro. Neil Daniel thanked the brethren for their support during his first term in office and he commented on how much he had enjoyed the experience so far.

The lodge was closed and brethren were reminded that the next regular meeting would be at the start of the new season on the 4th October 2007.
