At our AGM on Thursday 16th October the Lodge was delighted to welcome Brother Sheal back into the Lodge after his recent spell in hospital, he looked and felt remarkably well and took the opportunity to thank the lodge members for their kindness during his spell in hospital.

Brother Sheal attendance was a real bonus for as Lodge Treasurer he was able to deliver his own balance sheet which was up to it’s usual comprehensive high standard and confirms the Lodge remains on a sound financial footing. The RWM thanked Bro. Sheal for his continuing excellent service and in particular the delivery of his balance sheet considering his recent hospitalisation, the brethren showed their genuine appreciation of Bro. Sheal’s work.

The main business of our AGM meeting is the nomination of office bearers for the ensuing 12 months. The good turn out of members at the meeting ensured that all offices were filled with Bro. Neil Daniel being nominated by the Lodge as RWM elect.

Bro. Mark Dunn spoke of the work carried out by retiring RWM Bro. Ewan Robertson and on behalf of the Lodge thanked him most sincerely for his efforts during the past two years in general but more especially for his stewardship during the lengthy refurbishment of our Lodge Rooms which will be appreciated by members and visitors for many years to come.

Our next meeting will be on Thursday 30th November will be our annual installation of office bearers to be officiated by the Lodge Keith Installation Board.
